Helping Your Tween Get Organized

Middle school can be really rough for the organizationally challenged tween! More papers, changing classes, lockers! It's a jungle out there! Help your tween get it together by organizing, making lists, having the right supplies and not procrastinating. These are life skills that will not only benefit them now, but will help them as adults also. Check out this great (and humorous!) article I found on the Scholastic website, "Dude, Where's My Homework?". I had to laugh; it all sounds so familiar!
I also came across a product, designed by a mom, called The PAC Kit. It's a Planner/Agenda/Calendar (PAC) designed for children in a downloadable format. The system also includes several other bonuses, as well. It's targeted toward elementary school through high school aged preteens to teens. The PAC Kit can truly be lifesaver for your disorganized tween!
